Large language models for drafting, extraction, classification, and review; scheduled pipelines for collection and monitoring; and the services, interfaces, and infrastructure all of it runs on.
Most software is watched while it works.
Ours has to be right when nobody is looking — because the point is that nobody has to.
How we work
Failures are loud, or they are not failures
An automated system that quietly stops is worse than one that crashes, because a silent stop looks exactly like a quiet week. We build the alarm before we build the feature, and we test it by breaking things on purpose.
Checked, not assumed
Every guarantee we make about a system is something a machine re-checks — not a line in a document that was true once. If a check has never failed, we do not yet know that it works.
The smallest surface that does the job
Every dependency is a thing that can break on a day we are not there. We prefer fewer moving parts, plain formats, and code that will still run in five years without maintenance.
