This policy describes how Neontic, Inc. (“Neontic”, “we”) handles personal information in connection with the website at neontic.com.

1. What this website collects

This website collects no personal information. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services, embeds no third-party scripts or trackers, and contains no forms, logins, or accounts. The single script it loads is our own, served from this domain; it draws the animation on the home page and sends nothing anywhere.

2. Server logs

The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. As with any web server, Google processes standard technical request data on our behalf — such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp — in order to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information.

3. If you email us

If you contact us at the address published on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our email is operated on Google Workspace. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for marketing.

4. Service providers

• Google LLC — Firebase Hosting (website delivery) and Google Workspace (email).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — authoritative DNS for neontic.com.

These providers process data on our instructions. We share personal information with no one else, except where we are required to by law.

5. Retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as it remains relevant to our business relationship, and then deleted. Server logs are retained under Google’s standard Firebase Hosting retention periods.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to our processing of it. Because this website collects nothing, any such request will concern email correspondence only. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.

7. Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described on this page.
